Mr. Hankey is an owner of Hankey Law, PLLC. He is licensed to practice law in North Dakota District and Federal Court as well as Minnesota District Court. He practices primarily in criminal defense and family law.
He was raised in Fargo, ND, and graduated from the University of Minnesota Duluth with a bachelor’s degree in communications. In 2003, he earned a juris doctor from Western State University.
Mr. Hankey currently resides in Harwood, ND, with his wife, Kelsey, his son, and their dog. Mr. Hankey is currently serving as Mayor for the city of Harwood.
Kelsey L. Hankey

Mrs. Hankey is an owner of Hankey Law, PLLC. She is licensed to practice law in North Dakota District and Federal Court. She practices primarily in family law.
She was born and raised in Bismarck, ND, and graduated from the University of Mary with a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and is a graduate of the Harold Schafer Leadership Academy. In 2011, she earned a juris doctor from the UND School of Law.
Mrs. Hankey currently resides in Harwood, ND, with her husband, Blake, her step-son, and their dog.
